Meet Our Founder -
Donna M. Neill MS, ITDS, L-BCBA
Donna M. Neill, MS, ITDS, L-BCBA, is a leading expert in special education. She brings years of experience and a deep passion for helping children with autism.
While working with a multitude of families over the last 20 years, Donna has learned that every child with autism is unique, and so is their family. This is why she founded Families First ABA Therapy – to provide personalized solutions that respect each family’s individual needs, cultural values, and beliefs. Your child’s therapy should never follow a one-size-fits-all approach. Donna prioritizes taking the time to get to know your family, understand your priorities, and create a therapy plan that works in your real-life context.
